WHEREAS, The University of Arizona has provided excellent facilities, pleasing entertainment, superb Western hospitality, and contributed the untiring diligence of various members of its staff to the service of the 38th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Mammalogists in session at Tucson, Arizona, June 15-19, 1958;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Society tenders its heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the University of Arizona, and to the members of the Local Committee on arrangements under the chairmanship of E. Lendell Cockrum for their hospitable and untiring efforts which have greatly contributed to the success of the 38th Annual Meeting and to the enjoyment of all members, families and friends who attended.
