Geographic Distribution
Formerly from Senegal east to Lake Chad in western Africa. Currently known only from SW Niger; S Chad, Central African Repulbic, and NE DR Congo. Formerly from the latitude of Khartoum S through E Sudan and W Ethiopia (W of the highlands); persisting in NW Kenya and E Uganda.
